If a project was performed successfully, its team receives corresponding rewards and bonuses; also salaries get indexed on quarterly basis. DigitalXpert has transparent policy for raising wages and career development.
DigitalXpert works with managing government institutions, which makes an additional confirmation that our activity fully corresponds to the Russian laws. In particular, the salaries are 100% legal and are paid twice a month.
Liberal work schedule
Where work schedule is concerned, there are several pleasant features that help making the working process more convenient. For example, the company is liberal enough and doesn't require the employee to provide proofs of illness, that is, no sick list presentation is required. The work schedule can be flexible enough depending on the circumstances; non-standard time alternatives for working may be agreed on.
Democratic management

New motivational scheme
Questionnaires for employees are a common practice in our company. These questions are targeted at finding out the employees' needs for working conditions improvement. For example, our kitchen that already possessed all the necessary utensils, free unlimited tea, coffee, and sugar, has also recently been replenished with free milk, according to employees' requests. The kitchen is one of the significant places in our office. Besides the fact that it is very comfortable in there, it also serves as the place for "celebrations", which consist of tasty things cooked by some or other colleague or cakes; the reason can be some pleasant occasion, or just no occasion at all.
Organization of corporate events
Besides, upon coming to us you will become a part of a friendly and cheerful collective! We do not forget about important events in our colleagues' lives: birthdays, awards, end of probation period, anniversary of work in the company, bank or custom holidays, - after a day's work is over the lights do not go out in DigitalXpert!
