While working on projects, DigitalXpert holds to the following rules:

Any job that we are executing for our customers, partners, or internal needs, is treated as a separate project. The key person responsible for the project life cycle is its manager (project manager). He (or she) performs ongoing communication with the customer. In the first place, the project manager is responsible for project timelines, timely execution of tasks, and is charged with absolute correspondence of the job to defined standards and requirements. It is also his duty to realize project planning, reporting, discovering and preventing potential risks, team forming and management.
