Customers & Partners: Methods and Procedures: Key Values and Principles
Detailed Planning
The second step of each project, once the requirements are defined, is plan development. This includes listing of project tasks, evaluation of their scope and effort estimations, selection of human resources, revelation of possible risks and risk prevention planning. The result of this stage is a schedule of works with resources allocated.
If the customer desires, he can always have information about the project schedule and about the point the project is at the given moment. Depending on the customer's wishes, he may be given access to the company's Project server and trace the project status from there.
