Customers & Partners: Methods and Procedures: Key Values and Principles
Thorough requirements management
From our standpoint, success of any project and, consequently, success in our interaction with the customer, is defined by the following:
- revealing, formulating, and recording of all requirements from the start of the project;
- precise execution of these requirements;
- accordance of the project to the specified budget;
- performance of works in accordance with the schedule;
- meeting the desired quality of works;
- customers' satisfaction in the results.
As a rule, we are using standard time-proved procedures while working on projects. But if necessary, we are willing to meet the customer's wishes concerning issues of project management and quality assurance.
Of course things happen and sometimes the customer wishes to change some requirements or add new features. All such suggestions are recorded and discussed. The accepted new requirements become part of the project specifications, and their fulfillment in further controlled.
